Beef Picadillo

Assalaamu alaikum warahmatullaah,

Dad is arriving today around lunch time and I needed to cook for him. Just done Alhamdulillaah.

I think I put so much salt in this one huhuhu *sob sob* oh well, I hope my dad got a different taste bud for salt. I know I’m sensitive to it. Damihan nalang niya ang kanin para maging neutral hahah. Also, I’m making BlueBerry Cheesecake after this Inshaa’Allaah so keep an eye out. I’ll be posting it later mga super hapon na.

INGREDIENTS:

1/4kg ground beef

1 cup tomato sauce

2 green sliced to thin strips bell peppers

2 diced potatoes

2 diced carrots

4 cloves minced garlic

2 fine chopped onions

Olive oil

Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

* Saute garlic with olive oil then follow the onions then the potatoes then the carrots and let it simmer for about 3mins.

* Add the bell pepper then the ground beef.

* Pour in tomato sauce  and simmer until potatoes and carrots are soft and beef is tender.
